We yet again strayed away from home for our July meeting, and were hosted by the wonderful Colne Valley Museum in Golcar. Our members not only learned about the history of textiles in the valley but also about how families lived in these weavers cottages. They also enjoyed demonstrations of spinning, weaving, and clog making. A very educational evening from our fabulous hosts.
