At the end of March our Committee Members set out on foot again to deliver 108 bunches of daffodils, membership renewal information and Lions Emergency canisters. It was lovely to see our members 'in real life' and everyone seemed thrilled with their little gifts. The canisters were given free of charge from Holme Valley Lions and are used to house all medical information that the emergency services may need. You then pop them in your fridge where first responders will always look - so simple but so clever. I'm please to say that Membership renewals are now coming in thick and fast and keeping our Committee busy again.
