Springvale Community Garden

Our July monthly meeting took place at the picturesque Springvale Community Garden, a vibrant space known for its lush greenery and community spirit. During this gathering, we had the pleasure of listening to an engaging talk about the various aspects of the gardens, including the different plant species cultivated there, the importance of community gardening, and the sustainable practices employed to maintain the ecosystem. After the informative session, we took the opportunity to explore the gardens in greater depth. Members wandered through the winding paths, admiring the colourful blooms and the meticulous layout of the vegetable patches. The combination of nature, knowledge, and community made for a refreshing change from our usual meeting place.
