Saturday 16th September 2023 was the 108th Anniversary of the National Federation of Women's Institutes and to celebrate Holmfirth WI joined in with the local Food & Drink Festival and held a cake bake sale, jam sale, and tombola. Thanks go to Holmfirth Library for letting us set up our stalls in their entrance, and even more thanks go to those WI members who prepared the products for the stalls and manned the stalls on the day. We raised £135 which will go back into our funds to provide more fascinating and educational talks for our members.
